Received a text which I believe to be a scam text message claiming that I should visit a website to claim my £400 entitlement for the new Government fuel bill discount scheme, yet my fuel providers have already previously stated that I need do nothing as the discount will be applied automatically without me having to claim it.

SPAM this and 11 other land line numbers from this area have called my mobile over the last 2 months. Many have called multiple times, I've lost count. Fed up with them. Previous callers have been from so called Double glazing, green energy and investment companies. The last few were from FX MORGAN CAPITAL who also call from a plethora of mobile numbers- too many to list. The FCA and my bank, after an investigation with fraud squad, have said its a scam company. SCAM number telling me that i had credit card transactions pending and wanting my details, mention visa card tractions and then when i asked which card it was they did say to me Barclay card , as soon as i told them i don't have a Barclay card they hug up

Threatening phone call re a “non existent” outstanding balance on a television contract. After hanging up on them they immediately rang me back with a very aggressive attitude. Refused to accept that I don’t have such a thing and they responded by saying they would be withdrawing £400 from my credit card. I have alerted my credit card company that this has happened and hopefully it goes no further.

Spam and potentially dangerous. Caller kept saying it was about life insurance, demanding to speak to my partner, but he hung up when i asked him to identify which company he worked for.

SCAM I invested with top-targets.com in May . Got contacted with someone named Dominic Borg (I think it's a fake name ) . That guy was very abusive and rude but I invested anyway. I requested withdrawal of my money and small part Got back to Me but over 1.3k was declined at first , then promised via WhatsApp and email that it will take up to2 or 3 weeks it was in the end of May ! Fraud. Got a call I didn't answer. They left a voice mail it wasn't a person it sounded like a generic message. It said there was something wrong with my financial account and then said I'll be arrested ( they spelt out the word arrested) I have 2 phones the one they rang is the one I use for fam/ friends it's not the one attached to any of my bank account/ online shopping. There is absolutely no reason any business should have that number.

Caller from this number claimed to be from EE network which was unbelievable due to thos callers total lack of professionalism and dreadful attitude. Obviously yet just another tedious no hoper trying to scam the vulnerable with all the brinkmanship, skill and dexterity of a toddler with a plastic sword. If this is the level our scammers are currently operating at, then we genuinely have very little to fear.
