Be aware that a text is sent saying you need to call this number urgently 0800 052 9429. Virgin have been advised and they have confirmed this is is not from them. I also couldn't access my media account so they had managed to hack it, apparently.

I used this company a few years ago and they haven t stopped ringing me since to ask if they could provide me with another product. This is despite me telling them on numerous occasions that I won t be buying anything from them again. It goes in cycles, they ring every day for a few days until I end up getting angry and answer them to tell them to stop ringing and to remove my details. They stop for a couple of months before starting up again. Well not any more as I have now blocked their number.

Got a call from this number someone saying he was from Mars. Stayed on line for approx mins pressing key pad on his phone.
Fraud, claiming to be HRMC and that you would be arrested immediately for not pressing 1. Quite incredible really.

They telephoned me and said my phone was being hacked by online hackers which it wasn't. He was very persistent and kept phoning back until my husband was shouting at him. When I looked the number up it was a repair shop in Belfast albeit with an Asian accent.

Guy called Travis Smith from BT Technical dept called (but he was clearly an Indian!!!) said I would be disconnected for 23 days within the hour if I didn't perform the following checks. When I asked what would have happened if I didn't answer the call he didn't clearly answer the question.
