Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14736713xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with loans, PPI claims, financial marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Got a call from this number saying they could reduce the insurance costs on my television from ?7 per month to ?5. This is remarkable as I don t have television insurance. They asked for my bank details to "set up a direct debit". I declined so they said they would put the forms in the post. I look forward to receiving them. They called themselves TV Guard.
