They said she had previously had this service and it had expired. Number came up with Picture of white male named Andrew Roy based in Stirling. However on answering caller was Asian female who immediately launched into asking questions mode. I called the telecoms company who own this number range. They only provide inbound calling services, and this number isn t in use with any of their customers. It means that the caller ID is being spoofed which is completely out of their control - the nuisance calls we are getting are really from a different number that is masking as 02070609965.
