Just received a call from them (major call centre background noise) insisting I requested a ring back from them earlier at 9.30 this morn. Informed them I did not and to remove my number, insistent I had contacted them for a call! Woman calls my mobile whilst I m studying in the library and when I answer there is initially laughter in the background. Then goes on to say how I am owed PPI and lists banks paying out. After listening to the list I name my bank as Nationwide as it was the only one she didn t mention. Asks if I have a credit card and I state no. She then proceeds to ask me if I have had a loan (which I haven t). Was very persistent and persuasive. Would recommend not answering the phone

Fraudsters! They lie and dissemble to fool you into believing that you are renewing your current cover, while you are doing no such thing. They have a nice website, but never answer the phone or email, so certainly can t provide any service for their appliances. One of them will likely write a comment below, pretending to be a customer, claiming how what I write is not true. You who work for them, have you no shame, no conscience?
