A South African lady said she was phoning from the telephone help service. I told her we didn't take calls of that nature from unsolicited callers. She said she wasn't an unsolicited caller, so I asked if I had "requested a call from her"? Needless to say, she then hung up!

Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. This company has been calling my elderly vunerable neighbour since last year. I have lost count of how many times I asked them to take her off the call list. Reported to TPS seemed to stop for a while and has now started up again. Turned away 2 salesmen in last couple of weeks. Since Sept they have called her 9 times. A person with Dementia is not going to answer your questions correctly that you ask. She can t remember what day it is never mind if she has control over her own finances !! Vile disgusting
