They called me twice yesterday and twice today, but I had already added them to my blacklist before. Very annoying!
We had a call from "Virgin Media" to say there was a fault with our new router which was replaced last week. I was only half awake so went through quite a process before I twigged - how did they know we had just had a new router fitted - it was the fact they new that which made me think it was real. Someone is working for Virgin who must be giving this information and telephone number
