If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! this company just phoned me. a lady with an accent told me i had a blockchain account. i said i would check online, she got irritated. i told her she was a scammer, she got more irritated. i put the phone down. Dont give these people any personal information.

A man called saying he was calling on behalf of O2, saying under O2 I was eligible for a reduced business contract. When I challenged him that he was not calling from O2 he then said he was calling from a company called YourMobile.com which 'works with an O2 platinum business partner' (Plan.com).
