African accent from BT .I asked if his CV wasn t good enough to get him a proper job and he called me a M..F.. I suggested that this response wasn t very articulate and his lack if intelligence may be the root of his problems. This provoked even more anger. Had a miss call of this number too, heard talking in the background and doors slamming etc.
Dean keeps calling and leaving messages to return his call quoting a case reference number. He fails to mention the company he s calling from or what the call is about.

This number does not stop calling! I dialled the number back and pressed 1 to opt out. It asked for my full name, my full address and my phone number. (I gave all the details except my address) and THEY STILL CALL. I called Scottish Power directly to tell them about this and they did not know it was going on. It s totally illegal and likely to be phishing. I have reported to OFCOM and also listed my number with them to stop cold calls but these people continually harass me. They just rang

no message left, obviously didn't realise they were still on the line. voices in the background sounded like they had an Indian accent and I could not understand the language they were talking in. Obviously power dialling as my telephone provider uses UK call centres. As to motive? don't know but should not be cold calling my number

Then he asked if I knew how to get an accurate one and he would help me. I asked WHY!! He then wanted the ping rate. In the end I think he wasn’t happy because I am actually annoyed at the service 1.3 megabytes per second! I asked him what is this about and I am NOT letting you near my iPad. He hung up.

I did not answer this call but on checking origin it came from Russia, Kalmytskija region. I do not know anyone in Russia and would say this was diff a potential spam or phishing scam.
