Receipt of this call coincided with the real Talk Talk offering a new contract designed to keep me as a customer. Four calls in the last two weeks. In spite of being told not to call again, all number withheld. There have been a few silent calls from 0203 1291891, which is probably the same people. All of the callers had Asian accents, but gave English first names. On the third occasion, I was told that they would keep calling until I took part in their survey. They were informed each time, that I was registered with the T.P.S, and it made no difference.
