I enjoy keeping them on the line while they waste their own time. Sometimes I tell them I m just getting the details and leave them hanging on. It stops them calling anyone else for a while until they get fed up.

When I asked where he had got my mobile phone no. from he got abusive and told me to "fuck off" and then hung up. If this is indeed a legit call from Currys PC World then it says a lot about their customer care!
