Caller claimed he was David Wilson from Virgin Media. He seems to have spent a long time in India as he has picked up the local accent. I am so familiar with the script they use (e for echo, v for victor, e for echo etc) that I fancy setting up my own call centre, but I will have to work on my Indian accent. Great fun to deal with ("How are you spelling dot?"). My record is 40 minutes before they rumbled. Whatever you do, never download anything.
