They called me yesterday claiming that I was in debt to E-on for some old bill. Found it very strange as all utilities companies have the duty to write to you before sending in the "dogs". I refuse to pay and told the guy that I would call E-on first, he said would send me an email with bank details to allow me to make an internet payment (never received). When I call E-on was informed that I wasn't owing anything and all bills were up to date. IF THEY ASK YOU TO PAY, REFUSE AND HUNG-UP!!!

I said I didn t think I had appliances covered, the caller said No you don t, it s to check your boiler I then said I din t think the check was due for another 3 months at which point they hung up.
