Rang to ask for information relating to a policy i dont have. I hung up, they rang back where my 5 year old answered and yelled abuse down phone claiming to be cancelling my policy and hung up. Rang back and then 3 seperate people who knew my name answered and hung up. If its legit its totally unprofessional!! Dont answer!!

Never any chance to answer and of course you can t tell who an answering machine message is from until you listen to it, so just an enormous waste of my time.
