This landline from London area is used by call center working for non-profit organisations, mostly connected with Amnesty International, British legion etc. but can be used for different organisations. This call center uses more numbers from the same range (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated). If you are not interested in fundraising, I recommend to block the whole 2034760xxx range...
Had a call from them and I can tell you its a scam. They said they were from the 'regional crime prevention initiative' and were making a magazine for naming and shami...

Insurance business - ambulance chasers, probably recorded voice "Have you ever had an road traffic accident" or something similar, I ended the call. Seems to be the same call centre as 07722407332, 07722407970 - all the same range 077224079xx. I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very usefull for bocking call centres). No problems.
