how do they get our telephone numbers ? i never use any of my private numbers when asks to leave contact info on forms ect, someone must somehow collect them and sell them on ! it must cost the firm to ring these numbers, unless there breaking the law and somehow redirecting.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16181403xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI claims, Claims advice bureau, Financial Justice. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Received call today answered at is was my local area code a male asked to speak to me by my surname when i asked who was calling he said a company name which I couldn't make out clearly 'bright' something. I said if they were selling something I was not interested he said was not selling and they wanted to send me some vouchers !!!
