Automated call alleging my bank card had been used to make 2 suspicious transactions. Voice of female garbled and hardly discernible. Encouraged me to press 1 to authorise transactions, or 2 for more details. Didn't do either, suspect it to be a scam call.

Go and learn about the Indian national industry on Youtube by watching Jim Browning, or Pierogi, or Scammer payback, then when you've gained some knowledge, tell all your friends and family in order to help them not lose money. Claimed to be from Vodafone. Said a SIM swap had been requested and wanted to check this was correct. I said it was not correct. He then said he suspected my account had been hacked and that he would sent an SMS with a code which I had to read to him. The SMS came from Vodafone and had a code with text reading 'this code gives access to your account, do not share it'. The caller was a scammer and wanted access to my account. I hung up.
