Rang me a few times, asked me to confirm my address and date of birth, told them that I didn’t give that information out over the phone, they said they would write me a letter but have never received one, then they seem to be texting me once a month asking to call them with a ref number, I don’t see the point if they can’t tel me what it’s about over the phone, they say they want your address for security reasons, and I say I’m not willing to give them details out for security reasons, and so It continues,

Demanded private details for data protection, while refusing to state name of company. Denied calling hourly, argumentative, rude when I insisted on knowing who they are. Have very poorly close relative in Manchester - very distressing to have persistent calls from 0161 number.

When I asked how she got my number she said it was on their database & when I told her I was registered with TPS she said she d get it removed - but I doubt it as I ve been called by this number before, though not giving the same company name. I have reported them to TPS.
