Same person commenting, I forgot to mention that I didn’t hear the phone ring when it happened. But still be aware if it’s anything dangerous/ dodgy.

On the face of it seems trustworthy - they were calling about a refund request I made to Thameslink . They had the correct dates and details . We will see of the money hits my account ! I called the number back and the recorded message said they were an outsourcing company working on behalf of many clients . So that explains the various companies named by other contributors. They are apparently called Teleperformance.
