Told me he had detected my wireless connection was slow and they had been monitoring it for two weeks on the DNS server. He said my computer had a virus and needed me to connect to the internet so he could fix it. I told him I was an IT manager and he was talking nonsense and to go forth and multiply. He rang back and replied likewise and called me derogatory names. Don t be fooled by callers from this number telling you your computer has a virus. Hang up!!!

Nobody spoke when I first answered then a woman came on and then a man asking about an accident I had had the day before that wasn't my fault.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Using all sorts of numbers. if you block any they call from, they just come up with a new one. here s how they get your details. they have registered with the whois who directory for web domains and every time someone buys a domain but does not buy privacy from whois who, they capture it and ring you like crazy, as if there is no tomorrow. Be careful don t disclose bank / credit account details. this is how they get your money even if you don t go
