I didn t catch the beginning of the message stating the caller (even when it was repeated) but understood that that an order for collection had been delayed for 24 hours. After checking this site (and hearing from my daughter that she had received an email from M&S with the same details) I can confirm this number is currently for M&S

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! Called, left no message. Country code 54 is Argentina. Seems unlikely the call really was from there, they are about 5 hours behind UK, it would be about 5am there.

I don t know these people are, but they telephone every day. Quite often the number is slightly different which makes it difficult to block.
