SPAM recorded message claiming I have missed a call from my internet provider. Account hacked. stayed on the line to get a recorded American voice thanking me and putting me through. 2nd time today on different numbers. last time I suggested they should cut me off as threatened - surprise - I'm still connected.
Scammer with Indian accent claiming to be from Opus Energy, our electricity provider, asking us to confirm our MPAN number because of technical problems in our area and becoming aggressive, threatening to cut us off because we wanted the request in writing. Opus confirmed no such request has been made.

Supposedly from BT, Indian guy offering to remotely install antivirus on my sister's laptop. Got very irrate when I called him a scammer. Same guy called back after a few minutes hoping to get my sister who already had spent 30 minutes talking to him. When I wouldn't put my sister on the phone he threatened to disconnect the internet, so I told him go ahead and he then ended the call.

Similar to other comments - trying to sell better telephone package, to (supposedly) reduce our business cost. They asked for an E-mail address, but I explained that we have not used that for 10-12 years - as we have converted to the much more professional "W-mail" system, which avoids spams and scams. They then immediately ended the call !
