Man with a thick Indian accent rang claiming to be from BT ringing about the internet slowing down at the house. He had my name and address and postcode. When I asked what my account number was he reeled off a number (which later check was wrong). I said I’d call by back and he gave me an 0333 number saying it was BT customer service. Rubbish! Very clever scammers trying to gain access to your internet where they can steal your bank details etc

I randomly got texted by this number saying "Hi, there." at 11:18, which was weird at first but then I texted "who is this?" and I haven't got a response yet. This website says it's an EE number but I don't get why they would say "Hi, there." with no reason of texting me, if anyone has any idea of who they might be, please tell me.

She said it may be so long ago I had forgotten using though them. It's not too long and I know I never have or will use claim companies or cold calls. SCAM - A female recorded voice with an English accent said that it was a call from Amazon and my Amazon Prime subscription had just been renewed in the sum of £95. I was given options of pressing 1 or 2 for different courses of action. I did absolutely nothing and about 30 seconds later the call cleared.

Scam number, said I'd been in a car accident and was owed £400k and they simply needed my debit card number, expiry date and the 3 digits on the back so they could "transfer the funds" to my account. When I declined to provide the details they told me I was "being a nerd".

I got a call from this number saying they from Curry pc world. They are giving unnatural offers on phones and sim cards. Too good to be true. I didn't go forward with the offer but I believe its a scam.
