Vanquis Bank debt collectors, I pay a fortune for payment protection that supposedly allows me to take a holiday payment, well I used it in December after agreeing this with them, I paid my January payment and now my phone is ringing non stop with calls from a debt collector, because I made a payment in January it cancelled the December holiday payment!! unbelievable. This number came up on pc claiming it had been hacked and was malware collecting credit card details. Saying call "#above" immediately. It is a con I called Microsoft they told me what I already knew. SCAM trying to sell you unneeded security or after info. The man hung up when I said I was calling on behalf of friend so wasn't at pc, he then hung up twice without answering.
