SPAM Call centre. Pakistan-based "design agency" phoning via Skype, but re-directing to UK Landline above. Didn't know what the UK's Telephone Preference Service was or is.
I made payment to these people too, for advertising in an upcoming event brochure of almost ?230, (I stupidly paid twice, as they rang back the next day and said the payment hadn t gone through, I did actually check with my bank, and there was nothing showing as having gone through the day before, but it did appear within a few days]. I ve been in touch with Action Fraud as well as my Bank. These scammers rang me from 4 different 017885* numbers over 2 days ... I have emailed them, no response, I have calle

Call centre - Answered this call from a "London based" number. Asian accented male voice, company name unrecognisable trying to sell monthly mobile phone deal. Suspect this is a Calcutta based operative going through a hub to look like a UK caller. Almost impossible to understand the badly fractured spoken English.
