I received 2 calls yesterday and they asked for 2 different people that I am not. When I said no you have the wrong number they just hung up the phone.

SCAM / SPAM Claims to be from HRMC. Clearly isnt.
Number called me this morning my mobile rang twice and call ended before I picked up. I use Truecaller software on mobile and confirmed as spam number so blocked number from calling me again. So many companies now using 0203 numbers as BT ran out of 0207 and 0208 prefix numbers so not always easy to detect if genuine caller or not. Take precautions and NEVER give out any personal details unless you can identify caller as genuine.
