Some have said it is from a debt collection company called Lowells. If this is so, this company have harassed me for about two years now. There is always a recorded message kicks in when you speak. In my case, it always asks for a Mr Paul Roberts, who I have never heard of, and asks me to press 1 if I am him, or press 2 if I m not. Suspect this could be a con, so I never press anything and just hang up. I report them to the ICO every time, and the calls stop for a couple of months, before starting again,
stupid people probably trying to scam you.

SPAM Said it was an information call but the line was so bad with the interference screaming at me that I had to hang up before I found out what it was about.

This number is Marks Sattin recruitment agency. Called me a number of times but I have never registered with them so am not accepting their calls.
