Received an email saying package had been delivered and signed for by me when I wasn t in. Have tried to call, no answer. This number called while I was out today. I rang it back later and got a message that it could not accept calls. My caller display indicated that it was an "international" number. Because it was clearly not from Liverpool, I set my call blocker against it. I note that it has subsequently rung again. My blocker rejected it.
