Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 013123699xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with life insurance, financial services - debts / loans. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems) Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Fraud; This is a scam calling from ‘HMRC’ asking me for a tax rebate. HMRC:A tax rebate of £432.68 has been issued to you for an over payment in year 19/20. I cut some off as there is a link
Keeps calling, but when I answer they just hang up! Very frustrating!! If you want to speak to me speak...if not stop calling!!!!!

Asked for owner of business and very rude - would not explain what call was about, when I accused him of being very rude he told me I was for not transferring his call. Was a call centre - should be banned!
