05 Nov 2021 - The caller initially claimed to be calling about loft insulation. On being told I was not interested in this line of discussion he refused to take no for an answer. I called off. The same person then called back immediately from an undisclosed number indicating that he knew my name and address and heaping extremely abusive language on me. Should be traced and stopped. Reply
SCAM - very aggressive 'manager' connected to me after being asked if I had virgin (I do). Said overseas people had hacked my account and using it for illegal purposes, when I questioned who they were got really aggressive. Said I was going to call Virgin. I have and reported to their fraud team. Received an email from ' PAYPAL' about a fruadulent activity of £899.99 I contacted the above number and they sent me a 6 digit security number to my mobile and also told me my last 4 digits on my card !!! All seemed very legit..........UNTIL he told me he needed my full card number to put a stop on a further 12 transactions !!! I rejected his request which he seemed to start getting annoyed and agitated !! THIS SEEMS A VERY PROFESSIONAL SCAM DO NOT REPLY TO THEM .
