Received a call from this number very noisy background, asked if I had claimed my PPI refund which on average would be about £2200. I told the caller I did not have this insurance she said I didn't understand, I would have had it as the Banks hid the protection. I told her that it must have been detailed in paperwork for it to have been charged again she told me it wouldn't as it was hidden. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363449xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance claims, PPI, accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

They are a legit debt collection agency who (as mentioned above) have purchased debt from another company such as Phone Networks, Utility companies etc. If you owe money they will call you but must adhere to certain times of the day which is normally 8am until 9pm only.

There is a post going round Facebook saying this number, purporting to be from Lloyds Bank Fraud division, is in fact scammers trying to get you to call them so they can get your private bank details from you. If in doubt, Google your bank's telephone number to get their fraud dept - don't rely on the telephone number in the letter. It may look legitimate, but it may not be.
