"Two debits to your ???? account, one £300 from Amazon, the other from an overseas authority... both look suspicious, press 1 to approve payment, or 2 to talk to us". I called the number which then gave an automated message and a contact number to call, 01582267124. I was put through to a customer service rep and asked politely to be removed from their database. He added my number and fingers crossed I won't be bothered again, although I've blocked their number anyway.
