Any comment on this feed stating that Mr Christopher Parsons is helpful or anything of that ilk must be on another planet (or working within the same organisation, which most probably amounts to the same effect), he has rang repeatedly to my business literally screaming down the phone at our receptionists. When said receptionists tried to help and direct his calls he ridiculed them beyond belief. At the risk of sounding cliché I do not know how this individual sleeps at night.

SCAM Derek in a foreign voice from 'Virgin Media' calling about our slow internet connection over WiFi. We have 6 devices connected to it.
