Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). I ve had this number call me several times. Sometimes they have hung up before I can answer, sometimes it is late at night!!!!! Called to "help" me with my timeshare. They are listed by the trade organisation as a scam.

Called trying to arrange a survey of the property for Solar Panels, told that they were not trying to sell me anything (yeh right) but a surveyor just happens to be in the area. Made no mention of the fact that they were fined £80,000 last month by the ioc for lying to people over the phone.

On answering refused to provide company name and address, was also decline employees name. Then the phone was put down by the firm that called on me. I only sourced this number due to some detective work. Avoid this company. Disrepectful scum

I said we weren t interested in going through a broker. "We are not a broker." Ended up asking them under the GDPR to remove my details and to stop calling.

The one time I did answer a young female voice asked for my name, I said "why, who have you called?" she said she couldn t tell me because of data protection??
