Very bad service, scammer, they are thieves, I bought bed, mattress, wardrobe and bunk bed.i called them back because their product was bqd, broken and mouldy but they didn't pick my calls, didn't reply my message.very bad people, don't patronise them.
SCAM. Said they from BT and that my broadband was not working. I know it was as I was online and told them, also mentioned that I thought the call was some sort of scam. Got told that my mindset needed sorting. Redialled the number and it’s not in service.

Got 4 calls from this number today and a few yesterday as well. When I answered they said they were from frank gallo solicitors looking at claiming back from companies who had been lending unfairly. Knew my name and address but stopped it before I confirmed.

Safe number noticed this number once every month on my telephone bill with a monthly charge of 14p. Turns out it is an automatic test call from PPP Taking Care alarm which we have for elderly mother. Called them to ask why we are being charged as we pay a quarterly handling charge. They very kindly switched this to a freephone number so no more charges.

Had some rude Asian man answer the phone who told me my loan application had been APPROVED......Interesting because I hadn't made one with 'Now Loan' I proceeded to ask questions...this irritated the idiot on the phone who SHOUTED at me! Claiming to be citizens advice which unless you've called them which i havnt they dont call you. Hung up and blocked. Jason Phillips called me from this number and then sent 2 email copy letters with Financial Ombudsman Service at top right of the letters, stating a big refund for my solar PV. He asked for covering payment upfront saying it is needed to cover costs of UK Law Associates before a refund could be arranged. I had no positive proof of who he was/is and declined the payment. I am perusing this through the ombudsman who is handling the case of mis-sold pv for me.
Phoned up and said that there was illegal activity on my internet and it was going to be shut down
