Answered the call only because I thought it was a local call. I found it was a recorded message about boiler replcement and put phone down whithout listening to the full content as I was not interested.

They say they are from BT then try to get you to believe you have a broadband fault and then get you logged on your computer to resolve the problem-yeah right!! If you call the number back it is just a ghost number.

This number keeps calling me asking if I'm the home owner "Mr Smith" wouldn't give them the time of day.
I had a missed call from this number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar number called me recently - 01902397230 and 01902397232, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... This is a PPI call. I thought it would be legitimate because they called from a local number but obviously not. I've just blocked them.
Ambulance chasers for car accidents...if you try and ring the number back it says not recognised as I missed the first one (currently attempting to change jobs so thought it may have been a job call...don t normally answer numbers I don t know)
Called Four times today, roughly every hour. Thankfully my call guardian blocked the calls. Going on past experience I would say this is as previous comments and the reason I have phones with a call guardian!
