Telephoned next pretending to be from Amazon and trying to cancel my Prime subscription that I don’t have. Played along and they tried to get me to login to my bank account, saying people were trying to hack into it - don’t be fooled it’s another scam!!!!!

Nuisance call.

A foreigner called saying he was from British Gas who handle our Electricity account. Only British Gas doesn't handle our electricity account? I advised him that I suspected he was a scammer. I advised him not to call us again otherwise I would report the number to the Information Commissioners. I then ended the call.

this caller is scam asking for windows problems to hack

This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. Just called me again on this number last time was 07940 911526. I informed him what I thought of his call and grilled him for information. I then called him a cold caller phishing for information and he called me stupid. So I mentioned if this was a real company he would be sacked by insulting a potential customer or client. What will it be next they are calling about.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers - unclaimed bank charges, PPI, uncalimed financial services. I would recommend to block the whole 08437243xxx range... Did someone answer this number?

stupid call centre doing a survey, i was very helpful for 13 minutes until i told her i was only 14 which apparently meant i wasn't eligible to answer her questions ????

Foreign accent called me saying they were from Direct Mobile company. When I told them I was going to end the call and report them, he said; Oh, why you speak like that ma'am? And started to abuse me before hanging up.
