When I asked them to provide a number I could call them back on, they were unable to provide one. Do not give any information to these people. This is a known scam.

I have received phone calls from this number a few times so I called to tell them to stop calling. The call went to the answering machine message "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and wait for the next available agent" - no mention of company name (always a rubbish sign), I waited 5 minutes and they disconnected.
Hung up when I answered.
