Guy called Travis Smith from BT Technical dept called (but he was clearly an Indian!!!) said I would be disconnected for 23 days within the hour if I didn't perform the following checks. I used this company a few years ago and they haven t stopped ringing me since to ask if they could provide me with another product. This is despite me telling them on numerous occasions that I won t be buying anything from them again. It goes in cycles, they ring every day for a few days until I end up getting angry and answer them to tell them to stop ringing and to remove my details. They stop for a couple of months before starting up again. Well not any more as I have now blocked their number.
