Answered the second of these calls, but silence for a long pause and then an odd noise and the line went dead. I do not think this is a genuine company.
I am only blocking it because it is shown to be a telemarketer, it's ridiculous that I have to give it that category in order to block it?!?!
This number calls several times a day and the line is always silent when you pick up the call.

Had a blank call from this number today - no one at the other end when I answered it.
This seems to be a scam, someone pretending to be someone's child, saying 'Hi Mum, this is my new number. My phone doesn't turn on on anymore so now you can text and call me on this number'. My child would not write like this. Please be aware.

Guy calls regularly, including public holidays! Sometimes hangs up when you say Hello; other times informs you he s conducting market research. I ve been advised by a friend who had similar calls that telling him his number has been flagged as a telepest, calls are being monitored and that unsolicited calls are subject to hefty fines gets rid of him pretty darn quick.
