SCAM call regarding refund for overpaid appliance insurance. Knew my full name. Call came in on landline.
The call was in relation to a card payment. The call seems fradulant as the card type mentioned was visa and this was wrong.

Asian man calling himself Alex and offering free roof insulation survey. I knew right away this was a scam so I wound him up with a false address and conflicting postcode which he had to keep on checking and managed to waste 30 minutes of his time. THESE ARE CRIMINALS

Amazon SCAM call phishing for your details. Automated call, apparently from “Amazon” saying I had placed an order to be delivered to a different address to mine for £749.00. The activity was suspicious so blocked my account. Logged into my Amazon account using the official app and there is no such activity.
Well, the caller sent me an anonymous message on WhatsApp: "Hi i am looking for a partner who can supply my company with a raw chemical. Please reply back to me if you are interested for more details". I am living in Hungary, have nothing to do with chemicals.

They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. This number (with slight variations on the last three digits) has called four times in less than 24 hours. Did not pick up, did not recognise the number but did find that, although the number comes up as United Kingdom, the number(s) are landline in Pskov, Russia. VERY SUSPICIOUS
