A recorded message of a woman with a strong foreign (Italian?) accent saying my broadband connection had been compromised and I should press 1 for a BT line or @ for other. I pressed 2 but was connected to a man who said he was Alan di Costa from BT Customer Services. I said I was calling BT from my mobile and asked him to stay on the line. He didn’t. I reported this to BT security on 0800 321999.

Fake call from Indian sounding person saying they were from TalkTalk and saying they have noticed some errors in the past few weeks, and whether I had noticed them. When I said I don’t have TalkTalk they hung up. Block!
