Call regarding a note in my 'file' regarding an accident I've had in the last 2 1/2 years. When asked whether they could tell me more about my 'file' they said you either can or can't remember an accident. I said I'd like to know what the file said first and they hung up!
Automated recording advising me that they are HM Customs &Excise and that I am under investigation. I am told to press 1 to speak with them. If I don’t, they will issue a warrant for my arrest. Obviously a scam!! I just hung up
