A recorded message informed me that some fairly large debits had been made on my Barclaycard account and that I should press '1' immediately. (I didn't do so.) Checked my Barclaycard account and there is no sign of any such debits. I therefore concluded this was a scam.

Just had a call from 01430860504. Automated message supposedly from my bank. Said there was 2 transactions on my account. £250 to Amazon and £1300 to a money transfer company. I have one of these calls every month. SCAMMERS.

This number 07459171333 keeps calling my elderly mother, automated message states large sums of money have been taken from her account. Scaring the life out of her, these scams are disgusting.

On answering, I got a recorded message saying it was something to do with bank security, followed by a message that was intended to frighten. I hung up, and have blocked the number. Others receiving calls like this might be taken in. What can be done to stop them?

Lady called offering iPhones and androids for £30. When I told her she had called a business line she told me she didn't care and she was going to keep calling no matter what I said.

An Indian sounding lady called to say I owed money on a three sim only contract with them. She claimed I had started a new contract with them in May. This was untrue as I had transferred my contract to Smarty when my contract had ended with them in June. Conversation got quite heated and I asked to speak to a manager. Phoned my landline on 20 Jan. 2023 pertaining to be from Amazon Prime and stating that they had taken £94 from my bank account. I was offered a number of options to query this but hung up as it was obviously a hoax call. Amazon Prime would not contact in this way. They tried again on 21 Jan., this time from a different number 01216834924.

The phone number 020 3290 6119 is a scam. Someone called introducing himself as Peter Jones from Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd . they are impersonating a business and personal name by using this landline number to sell a personal loan and trying to get money from people.I checked Finance and Investment solutions Ltd by FCA, and I have been told that Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd is a legitimate company offering only mortgages and its telephone number is totally different from this phone number

Bank scam again - Amazon account blocked and money transfer abroad - I just put phone down. I get these calls sometimes 3 or 4 times a week WHY can't something be done to stop them!!!!!
