After receiving phone calls for the past 3 weeks 3 times a day from this useless company, I finally answered and asked them to stop ringing me, A young girl replied saying "but we ve never rung before" and hung up, - I have screen shots on my phone with the amount of calls I get from these people!!!!! This number has been phoning several times a day for the last week or so but never leaves an answer phone message so I assume it is another nuisance call.

Claims company trying to be friendly asking about non-existent accident that happened in the last 2.5 years.

I tried to book a room at The Principal Oxford Spires Hotel, Abingdon Road, OX1 4PS, Oxford and called a number 08448542910 indicated on their website. I had to call twice as there was an automated telephone service and no one was able to answer my phone calls. Last month I saw a charge of 1.38 GBP plus VAT on my phone bill!! What a wrong way to make money!! Looks like the hotel is doing that badly so they have to charge potential customers to simply book a room. According to the reviews on the above number

I politely told him that I had told his "National Consumer Survey" that I wasn t really interested in taking part but - as I always do - wished him a good shift.
