Gentleman spoke little English said he was calling about my last insurance. Did I understand with Covid there had been a lot of changes to review and asked me who that insurance was with Aviva direct line etc and was going to ask me for security details. I asked him what insurance he was referring to house car pet etc and he said he didn’t know his system didn’t provide that information so I stated I didn’t think he was a genuine caller and he hung up!!

Called me a couple of times, accidentally called back for 4 seconds until I cancelled the call. Strange that my bill is £50 more than it should be. Thus number may not be the cause but if it is I would want to search for their address and have a quiet word
