Our company has an account with Extra Energy already and when I gave our account number to them they just claimed it wasn t valid and continued with their aggressive sales pitch. I asked them to remove our number and hung up. This is aqua credit card. They called because I had attempted to make a large transaction. They asked me if I made that transaction and two other recent transactions. They knew who the transactions were with and for how much, and the caller addressed me by name. Basically, I’m convinced it was really them. To verify they were talking to me, I was asked for the first line of my address and postcode, my date of birth and the first two letters of my memorable information.
