I asked for their telephone number as they had our details. He asked if the information about the crash was true before he could give it, I asked for their number, he asked if the information was true, I asked for their number etc and this went on 3 times. I received a call from this number this morning asking me to confirm details of my router, telling me that someone else had been using it and trying to hack into it. I told her that there was not a problem. She kept telling me that I needed to give her details of passwords etc so I hung up after telling her several times that I wasn't interested and knew that it was a scam call.
