I've had so many of these and know it's a scam. Indian call centre person (could hear others in the background trying to scam others), claiming to be from the Utilities Department. Told him I knew he was a scammer as there is no such thing as the Utilities Department. He hung up and I blocked the number. They also use 0161 669 0643 and 0640. Would not have worked on me as I have taken Norton 360 as it’s crap as a protection software tool.
