Recorded message. Rapid speech. Didn't catch who it claimed to be from, but stated that certain suspicious charges had been made to my account or card. Asked me to press option 1 etc. No doubtI would have been asked for security info in order 'to identify me'.

SCAM This caller has dialled my mobile telephone several times but never leaves an ID or message. Last call was a message of a drunk attacking an electronic guitar. Caller has a low forehead, low social skills, drags knuckles on the floor, exists on fruit and likely defecates on its floor. A stranger to soap and likely communicates with grunts.

Full handset displayed number 000918045705737. Claimed my debit card had been hacked and debited £600. Provided options 1 or 2 to pursue further. I rang off and checked bank account. No sign of transaction. Scam till proved otherwise.

Fraud/SCAM Pretends to be Revolut, they knew my name, home address and email address used with Revolut. Claimed my card ending NNNN was added to new device, tried to get more information. When I asked how do I know they are Revolut, they said I can check number at the back of the card. Wanted to confirm my last transaction - if I shared information they would be able to possibly attempt access recovery on my account. The caller number can be easily spoofed. Automated message when you pick up that says ive avoided tax of some sort and that I need to press 1 to speak to someone to avoid it going to court. After pressing 1 it just goes silent and when you call it back it just says persons phone is switched off. Im based in Wales and call is from Manchester so will assume its a scam

Lady with a Swedish accent phoned my number asking for my daughter by her full name. I said that is my daughter what is this about? She then went on to ask if we know about the european laws reguarding crypto currency and I realised it was probably a scam and hung up to google the number and found it listed 6 times on a swedish number look up website.

They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. other numbers call from same adress making spam advertising for bitcoin "investment" - there is no more safety in crypto "investment" so beware all such callers and solicitors - it is usually schemes, spam, fraud and dunping worthless stuff on you. Calls from this adress has been reported for half a decade now ( 2018+)
